The location was good. It was close to shopping and the medina. the staff was very cute! they were always willing to help with anything needed. the vibe was nicely secluded. it felt meant only for the people who stayed there and that was assuring.

operation of essential hotel facilities was bad. the water pressure was always low! hot water supply was completely broken one night. i had to take a shower with cold water, and it was a cold night, too. there was an annoying buzzing noise that started at night and continued till morning two days in a row.
